Florian has over 12 years of experience in the insurance industry. Over the years, he has developed into a well-rounded loss adjuster with extensive knowledge of both private and commercial fire and miscellaneous claims. Thanks to his hands-on experience and solution-oriented mindset, he is able to assess and handle large and complex claims with precision and care.

Florian has worked for several major insurers, including Vivat, Achmea, and Nationale-Nederlanden. In these roles, he handled a wide variety of claims for different labels and underwriting agencies, both on-site and remotely.

In addition to his core work, Florian has taken on various industry-related side roles. He served as a Salvage Coordinator for Stichting Salvage, receiving an average rating of 9.5, and was a committee member for NIVRE Start. He was also involved in sustainability initiatives within the insurance sector and won a talent programme with a project involving smart water sensors.

Outside of work, Florian enjoys playing padel, going to the gym, and taking long walks with his dog. A daily chess game keeps his mind sharp, and he has a strong passion for travel. Together with his Spanish partner, he shares a love for exploring new cultures and cuisines. His deep enthusiasm for the insurance profession continues to drive his growth and development within the field of loss adjusting.
